SalesHub Cloud is a subscription-based CRM and sales platform. It does not guarantee leads, sales, or specific business outcomes. This policy covers your software subscription only.

1. Subscription-based service

SalesHub Cloud is provided by Zayn Productions Ltd on a recurring subscription basis. Access begins immediately upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

2. 14-day refund window

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment, provided the account has not been used significantly.

3. When refunds don't apply

  • The 14-day window has passed
  • The account has been used substantially (contacts imported, pipelines configured, emails sent)
  • A free trial was used prior to the paid subscription
  • The refund relates to a renewal where cancellation was not made in advance
  • The account has been suspended for breach of our Terms

4. Renewal charges

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not available for renewal charges where cancellation was not made in advance. We send renewal reminder emails before each billing date.

5. Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day refund window from purchase. After this window, annual plans are non-refundable. Cancellation grants continued access until the end of the paid period — no partial refunds for unused months.

6. How to cancel

Cancel via your account settings or by emailing hello@saleshubcloud.com. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not entitle you to a refund unless within the 14-day window.

7. Requesting a refund

  1. Email hello@saleshubcloud.com with subject: "Refund Request — SalesHub Cloud"
  2. Include your name, registered email, and subscription date

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Dispute resolution

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
